Applying for a card is quick and easy:

3. Enter your phone number and follow the prompts
4. Complete KYC verification to access all features

Once verified, you can start using your special edition card!

To use your card, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Once you have logged in to your account you will be asked to provide a few items:

• Full legal name
• Email
• Date of Birth
• SSN/National ID Number
• Valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID)
• Selfie to check to confirm your identity

Once submitted, your verification will be reviewed. If approved, you can start using your Avalanche Card right away.

KYC verification typically takes a few seconds. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours if additional verification is needed. If your verification is delayed for more than 72 hours, please contact support.

• Check for errors – Ensure your submitted documents are clear and valid.
• Retake your selfie – Make sure there is good lighting and no obstructions.
• Contact support – If you believe it’s a mistake, reach out to support for help.

In most cases, applications are automatically approved. However, if we’re unable to verify your information or need additional details, your account may require a manual review. Activating your Avalanche Card is quick and easy!

1. Open the Avalanche Card app.
2. Tap on the "Tap here to activate card" button on the card icon.
